Marcelo Dai is currently playing drums for various renowned artists in Brazil as a part of his own project called Marcelo Dai e Macondos. He has been performing in concerts throughout Brazil, Equador, and Colombia as well as on international tours.

In addition to his work with Marcelo Dai e Macondos, Marcelo Dai is also a renowned session drummer who collaborates with numerous artists both in Brazil and abroad. Over the course of his career, he has played with a diverse range of artists including Lô Borges, Beto Guedes, Paula Lima, Zeca Baleiro, Nando Reis, Paulinho Moska, Flávio Venturini, Snarky Puppy, Aurora Orchestra, Catfish Keith, Milton Nascimento , Fernando Rosa, Péricles, and many others.

Marcelo Dai is not only a talented session drummer but also an exceptional singer, whether performing solo, with his own projects, big bands, or orchestras. He is widely regarded as one of the most creative and influential interpreters of his generation.

Marcelo Dai is actively involved in working on his upcoming album and simultaneously touring with Samuel Rosa and Liniker.
