Ujwal K S is a seasoned drummer whose illustrious musical journey began at the age of five under the guidance of Mr. Sukumar Babu. Demonstrating exceptional talent and discipline early on, he went on to complete eight grades of Guildhall examinations conducted by Trinity College of London by the age of twelve.

Known for his versatility and musical depth, his playing spans a wide spectrum of genres including Indian Classical, Funk, Jazz Fusion, Progressive Rock, Progressive Metal, Death Metal, and more.
He is an active member of several prominent bands such as Pineapple Express, Inner Sanctum, My Conscience, and Kalathvam, among others. In addition to his band work, Ujwal is a sought-after session drummer and has collaborated with notable artists including The Down Troddence, Haricharan, Saindhavi, Anand Aravindakshan, Vijay Antony, and The Perfect Strangers, to name a few.
Ujwal has also worked closely with acclaimed musicians and music directors in the Indian film industry, including Salim Merchant, Vijay Antony, Arjun Janya, and Kannada rapper Chandan Shetty. His artistry and technical command have earned recognition from legendary drummer Mike Mangini.
