Carlin Muccular is a gifted musician and producer from Richmond California who has always been surrounded by music. His first musical performances came at the tender age of six, singing and playing drums in church.

He received his first taste of national exposure when he won the “Guitar Center National Drum-Off” competition at the early age of 15.

Since that time, Carlin has been nominated for a Grammy award and has laid drum tracks on four Billboard #1 albums. He has shared the stage and recorded with music directors such as Abe Laboriel Sr. (of Elton John), Alex Acuna (Carlos Santana), Patti Labelle, Johnny “Natural” Najera (Usher) and Paul Jackson Jr. (Michael Jackson, Jay Leno Tonight Show).

Carlin currently tours on drums with six-time Grammy award winning artist Israel Houghton.

As a producer, Carlin has worked with award-winning artists such as Chris Brown and Ciara, in addition, Carlin has been nominated for Stellar and GMA Dove Awards and has placed music in the TV industry on networks such as Fox and TVone. In 2020 Carlin launched his most recent project, the music play-along company Shedtracks.com which now has over 80,000 followers worldwide.
