    Based on sE’s renowned condenser microphones, the NEOM USB’s tailored 16 mm (2/3”) cardioid capsule ensures high-definition clarity and focused audio capture. Its front-addressed design and tailored cardioid pattern ensure more of you and less unwanted room reflections so you can record or go LIVE anywhere, anytime, and achieve impressive audio quality.

    INTUITIVE CONTROL MAKES CREATING FUN & EASY

    Intuitive monitor and gain controls provide the flexibility needed to produce high-quality works without having to learn the mic or open an app. Visually manage microphone sensitivity and gain structure with smart input level LEDs integrated into the NEOM’s gain knob for uninterrupted quick adjustments when you’re LIVE or recording.

    DIAL IN YOUR OWN MONITOR MIX

    With separate headphone volume knobs for microphone level and playback volume, the NEOM USB enables complete control of what you hear and how loud each source is independently. A cleverly placed LED mute button and two monitoring level knobs allow you to dial in a custom monitoring mix, independent from what an audience hears, to adjust your voice and the playback level for a perfect headphone mix.

How do I verify that the computer recognizes the NEOM USB?

Check the status/mute LED that surrounds the sE logo/mute button:
Status “Ready to operate”: permanently white – no red LED
If the mic is muted: slowly blinking red (500ms on / 500ms off) – no white LED
Error “device not recognized”: slowly blinking (500ms red / 500ms white)
Error “firmware error”: quickly blinking (100ms red / 100ms white)

Is the NEOM USB compatible with Windows computers?

Yes, it is compatible with Windows 7, Windows 8, and Windows 10. Please note: Although no driver is required, we recommend that Windows users install our custom ASIO driver in order to get the best out of the NEOM USB; including advanced control options, a virtual mixer, and virtual channels. Is the NEOM USB compatible with mobile devices?

The NEOM USB can be used with both Apple and Android mobile devices. It comes complete with a USB-C to USB-A cable, for connection to laptops and other devices equipped with an USB-A port. The NEOM USB also includes a USB-C to USB-C cable, allowing easy connection to a wide range of mobile devices. For other ports, i.e. micro-USB or Lightning, please use a suitable cable or adapter.

Does the NEOM USB support ASIO?

Yes. We offer custom drivers on our website. Click to download for Windows 10 & 11 or Windows 7, 8 & 8.1.
